These terms govern your use of Investicus.eu. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Investicus.eu is a coordination tool that helps retail investors self-organize collective claims when crowdfunding projects default. It replaces ad-hoc chat groups with structured, private tracking of who has joined a claim and what has happened. Investicus.eu is not a law firm, does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice, and does not represent you in any legal proceeding. We do not verify the accuracy of claims, updates, or other content submitted by users or Claim Admins. Using the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship or any fiduciary relationship between you and the Operator.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Investicus.eu. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, join a claim, or submit content — the participant roster depends on it, and inaccurate transaction data can genuinely harm a claim’s legal prospects. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
Anyone with an account may propose a claim; a Global Admin reviews and approves or rejects it before it becomes public. Once approved, other users can join by submitting their investment amount, investment date, and transaction reference. We ask that claim titles, descriptions, and updates describe events factually and neutrally (for example, “alleged default on Project X” rather than unsupported accusations of wrongdoing). We may edit, reject, or remove content — before or after publication — that we believe is defamatory, unlawful, or does not meet this standard. If you believe a claim, update, company page, or other content is inaccurate or unlawful, contact privacy@investicus.eu with the page URL and details; we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include correction or removal.
A Claim Admin is a user assigned by a Global Admin to manage one specific claim: posting updates and exporting the participant roster (names, emails, amounts, and transaction references) to hand to the law firm coordinating that claim. A Claim Admin may use that roster only for that purpose, must handle it as confidential personal data, and may not use it for any unrelated purpose.
Nothing on Investicus.eu is legal, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on the platform guarantees that any claim will result in legal action, a settlement, or any recovery of funds. Always seek independent legal and financial advice before making decisions about your investments or any legal claim.
Investicus.eu is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or outcome — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, from content submitted by other users or Claim Admins, or from any legal action or its absence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (claim proposals, updates, links, and similar). By submitting it, you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it as part of operating Investicus.eu — including as part of the public aggregate statistics and participant roster described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using Investicus.eu and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@investicus.eu. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Ending your account does not retroactively withdraw a roster already shared with a law firm before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Operator’s jurisdiction, e.g. Estonia], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the “last updated” date above, and where a change is material, we will highlight it on the site. Continuing to use Investicus.eu after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
