Investicus.eu shows documented, publicly verifiable facts about crowdfunding platforms, together with aggregate claim activity registered by users on Investicus. This is not a rating of any platform's conduct, a prediction of outcomes, or legal or investment advice.
Every fact shown here falls into one of two categories: (1) claim activity on Investicus — the number of claims and the participants and loss amounts users have registered with us; user-registered figures are not independently verified unless marked otherwise; (2) regulatory and corporate facts — documented facts such as ECSP authorization status, regulator warnings, insolvency proceedings, and annual accounts filings, each sourced from an official register or regulator and linked directly.
We do not use user star ratings, sentiment, or opinion; media coverage or news reports; anonymous tips; or our own editorial judgment of any platform. If we can't link a fact to an official source or to our own database, it is not shown.
Each regulatory or corporate fact shows the date we last verified it and links directly to its source. If a fact looks outdated or incorrect, email privacy@investicus.eu — we review reports and correct records promptly. Corrections are recorded, not edited in place: an updated fact replaces the one it corrects, and both remain part of our records.
Claim descriptions are written by the investors who propose them, reviewed only for format and non-accusatory wording before publication, and represent the submitters' allegations — not findings of fact by Investicus. Our notice-and-takedown process is described in our Terms of Service.
We do not yet compute a single numeric trust score — only the underlying facts described above. We also don't yet offer platforms a way to claim their profile and respond directly; if that changes, we'll update this page and our Terms of Service accordingly.
